- MY STORY...
When I was a child I felt invisible. They even paid me to remain silent... now they pay me (a lot!) to speak.
When I was 10 years old I felt like an octopus in a garage. I felt like I was different and I couldn't fit in. I tried to keep quiet, to be in what was considered “my place”, to please… but all of this was beyond me. I lost my identity, I repressed myself and suffered in silence.
When you don't listen to your mind, your body screams. I suffered from eating disorders, anxiety, depression and emotionally dependent relationships. I almost died twice. On one occasion I didn't get oxygen (a severe asthma attack) and on another occasion I had anaphylactic shock. I survived. Something or someone wanted me to stay alive. And here I am. You will find these dramas in more detail in my book, “Without Identity”.
My physical and mental dramas did not kill me, but rather made me stronger. That's why I decided to dedicate my life to the study of the brain, communication and human relationships. I wanted to understand what the hell is going on in our heads! And how we connect and disconnect with other human beings.
After working in Human Resources in companies such as Deloitte or Massimo Dutti, I left everything to create BeValue, where I have been developing the potential of managers and elite athletes for more than 10 years. I managed to turn my passion into my profession, in addition to having much more financial and time freedom.
After working with senior executive leaders and developing the potential of hundreds of people, I have come to the conclusion of the need to improve our communication to influence and impact other people.
